Lehmann, who turned 25 on Sunday, was pictured wearing a stunning silver dress.

She posed for snaps alongside friends, team-mates and family, including sister Shona – who partied with Lehmann into the New Year.

Activities at the party included karaoke, while the aesthetic of it was completed with a number of white balloons.

Alisha also used the bash to confirm she was back with Aston Villa men’s star Douglas Luiz.

The pair had originally got together in 2021 after running into each other in a Midlands hotspot.

Their blossoming romance became the talk of the town before they broke up in 2022.

However, they rekindled their love at the back end of last year, having been spotted celebrating New Year together.

To mark Lehmann’s birthday, Luiz shared pictures of them together from the party, captioning the post: “Happy birthday my love, how good it is to be part of your happiness.

She also had the perfect way to celebrate her birthday with her day job following Aston Villa women’s 1-0 win over Leicester.

Lehmann is yet to score in the Women’s Super League this season after seven appearances.

However, she has bagged two in two in the Women’s League Cup.

She will likely be in action once again in the competition for Villa’s game against Sunderland on Wednesday.
