Citing Hollywood Police, US outlet WSVN claim that Miller put the member of staff into a chokehold before slamming him to the ground.

He is then accused of taking the keys to a recent repossessed Dodge Ram and leaving the scene.

Miller had a court hearing on Wednesday afternoon.

He remained in custody in Fort Lauderdale on Wednesday evening, as per Broward’s Sheriff’s Office.

The boxing heavyweight had been held on a $30,000 (£26,600) bond.
