Footage from the fight shows the two out of shape boxers throwing sloppy and laboured punches.

Their six-round contest ended in a draw, with the commission switching from three to two-minute rounds at the end of the second.

Viewers were left shocked by what they saw and took to social media to react to the fight.

“Anybody who pays for James Toney vs Razor Ruddock in the year 2023 should be jailed,” wrote one fan on X, formerly Twitter.

Another added: “This is more disturbing than I could have imagined.”

A third fan simply said: “This is sad.”

Meanwhile, one more also commented: “Somehow worse than I thought it would be.”

Toney, 55, last fought professionally in 2017, leaving his record at 77-10-3.

As for Ruddock, the Canadian is best known for his two fights with Mike Tyson and his bout against Lennox Lewis.

The 59-year-old has a 40-6-1 professional record, with his last pro bout coming seven years ago.
