England have ended their campaign with four consecutive wins in the Six Nations against France, Scotland, Italy and finally the dominant win over Wales.

However, Steve Borthwick’s side were beaten in Ireland which stopped them from winning the Grand Slam.

France still have to play tonight in the final of three Super Saturday games.

They have three wins in four but crucially picked up an extra bonus point in their loss to England at Twickenham.

Can England still win the Six Nations?

The short answer is YES, England CAN still win the Six Nations this year.

France’s demolition of Ireland in Dublin blew the competition wide open heading into Super Saturday.

Heading into the final three fixtures, the French were top of the table with 16 points, with England second on 15 points and Ireland on 14 points in third.

To make it even more exciting – France, Ireland and England all had separate fixtures on Super Saturday.

Ireland opened the day in Rome but could only manage a 17-22 win that means they end the competition with 19 points.

They needed England to lose in Cardiff – but Steve Borthwick’s team were 33-7 up at half-time and secured another bonus point, meaning they will end the competition on 20 points.

That means France are in the driving seat for their match against Scotland at 8pm – but the Red Rose still have a chance.

ANY France win will mean they win the Six Nations, bonus points will not come into it.

France can end the tournament with a maximum of 21 points, but even without a bonus point they will top the table with 20 points.

France have a massive advantage on their point differential after a mega win against Italy.

That crucial bonus point in the defeat to England will also likely play a huge part.

That means England will ONLY win the Six Nations Scotland do the Auld Enemy a massive favour and pull off an unlikely victory in Paris.

Ireland needed both sides to lose to win a historic third Six Nations title in a row, but their hopes were dashed within ten minutes as England quickly took control in Cardiff.

Steve Borthwick’s side earned their bonus point before half-time and scored a RECORD WIN against Wales in a total domination.
