He had been absent from the squad as he continues to recover from a knee injury.
However, that did not stop the 38-year-old from pointing a laser at Andrada during the first half.
His antics were disrupted by Monterrey president Jose Antonio Noriega, who stood in front of Guzman.
The veteran keeper has also now been punished by the Mexican Football Federation (FMF).
He has been slapped with an 11-match ban for his derby day behaviour.
Meanwhile, the FMF have also issued a fine and sentenced Guzman to community service, report RMC Sport.
The derby draw leaves Tigres seventh in the Liga MX Clausura with two matches remaining.
