CHELSEA and Fulham have reportedly sent scouts to watch AZ Alkmaar star Vangelis Pavlidis.
The Greek striker has hit 22 goals in all competitions this season.
And Sport 24 claims he could now be set for a move to the Premier League in January.
Chelsea have made signing a new forward one of their top priorities after a dismal few months under Mauricio Pochettino.
The Blues sit in the bottom half of the table after just six wins in 18 games.
No side has missed more big chances in England’s top flight.
And it’s reckoned Chelsea have been watching Pavlidis this month after initially ruling out a transfer.
However, the Londoners face stiff competition from rivals Fulham.
Marco Silva’s side could lose Raul Jimenez to Saudi Arabia’s big bucks this winter.
And Pavlidis is seen as the ideal replacement thanks to his profile and goal rate.

But the striker’s price tag could prove to be a sticking point.
Italian giants AC Milan saw a £13million bid turned down by AZ over the summer.
And it’s believed the Dutch outfit want at least £21m for their star man.
Pavlidis cost just £2m when he joined them from Willem II in 2021.
He scored 25 goals in his first season with AZ before hitting 22 the following campaign.
The 35-time Greece international has already reached that figure this term in just 27 appearances.
And Pavlidis could soon be bringing his goals to the Premier League should his asking price be met.
