Cheltenham Festival 2024 full schedule and TV guide: How to watch EVERY race from Prestbury Park

CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL 2024 is almost upon us – with the finest National Hunt horses in Britain and Ireland set to take to the turf.

Hundreds of thousands of spectators will be in attendance for the most prestigious jumps meeting of the season.

28 races will take place over the four-day horse racing spectacle, with each day having one ‘feature race’.

The Champion Hurdle will be the one to watch on opening day, followed by the Queen Mother Champion Chase on Wednesday.

On the penultimate day of the festival, the Stayers’ Hurdle will be the featured race before the iconic Cheltenham Gold Cup captures the nation on the final day (Friday).

How to watch every race at Cheltenham Festival 2024

ITV will broadcast the first five races of each day at Cheltenham Festival, with coverage between 1pm and 4.30pm.

The final two races of each day will be available to watch on Racing TV.

Who are the ITV presenters for Cheltenham Festival 2024?

Presenting the week, as always, will be former Sky Sports Football’s Ed Chamberlain.

He will be joined by legendary jockeys Ruby Walsh and Sir AP McCoy.

Mick Fitzgerald, Luke Harvey, Megan Nicholls and Alice Plunkett will also be on hand to provide expert insight into all the latest happenings throughout the week.

Out on the courses speaking to jockeys, trainers and fans will be Richi Persad and Matt Chapman.

Brian Gleeson will talk all the action from the betting ring and covering with the viewers watch on TV will be Oli Bell, who hosts Social Stable.

On commentary, as usual, will be Kevin BlakeBrough Scott and Richard Hoiles.

At 8.30am every day on ITV, The Opening Show will be hosted by Oli Bell, who will be joined by Sally Ann Grassick and Kevin Blake, Sir AP McCoy, Ruby Walsh, Megan Nicholls, Mick Fitzgerald, Rishi Persad and Luke Harvey Chapman.
