CONOR McGREGOR was told to “shut the f*** up” by Joe Rogan for his “crazy talk” when comparing fighting and acting.
McGregor made his big screen debut in a reboot of Road House, starring alongside Jake Gyllenhaal.
Conor McGregor said acting is harder than fighting[/caption] But UFC commentator Joe Rogan does not agree[/caption]The UFC legend was putting in exhausting 18-hour days and working his own brutal stunts.
As a result, McGregor claimed in an interview with JOE that acting was tougher than training and the fight itself.
He said: “It’s time consuming, and it’s not just action and fighting and stunts, it’s also remembering the line and you have to time things correctly, you’re engaging with another person.
“It’s just a difficult game, a lot more difficult than I gave it credit for.”
Despite McGregor’s shock admission, UFC commentator and podcast sensation Rogan was not buying it.
He said: “Listen to me, that’s not true,” Rogan said on a recent episode of his podcast.
“That’s not true, even for him. Act in Road House or fight Khabib [Nurmagomedov] again? Shut the f*** up, that’s crazy talk, it’s crazy talk.
“He broke his f***ing leg in a fight. That’s harder. That’s way harder than f***ing acting.”

McGregor, 35, has not fought since July 2021 when he broke his leg in round one against Dustin Poirier, 35.
But he has been teasing a return in the summer against Michael Chandler, 37, after they last year coached on The Ultimate Fighter.
During the press tour to promote Road House, McGregor hinted a deal has been struck for his eagerly-anticipated comeback.
