White, however, could soon drop the big news after telling MMA personality Nina Drama he’d reveal the fight if their latest video together got over 10,000 likes.
Nina dropped the bombshell as she posted a picture of herself handing White a bottle of Crisco oil in the War Room at UFC headquarters.
The accompanying caption read: “Dana White said if this video gets 10,000 comments he will announce UFC 300 main event this week or we get to oil him up.”
The video spread like wildfire and promoted scores of fans and fighters alike to comment on the post, which has NOW received over 36,000 comments.
Whether or not UFC president and newly-appointed CEO White stays true to his word remains a mystery.
But he faces being oiled up in Crisco if he doesn’t make good on his promise to reveal the main event.
MMA fans around the world are well and truly waiting with bated breath for the veteran promoter’s next fight announcement video.
