TEENAGE sensation Luke Littler is making a name for himself with his sensational debut at the World Darts Championship at the age of 16.
Littler is now among the favourites to win the title after winning his second match at Ally Pally and advancing to the third round.
But it not only his talent that made the Runcorn native stand out.
Fans have found it impossible to ignore his beard, which he evidently shaves – despite his extremely young age.
The Nuke appeared on talkSPORT where Andy Goldstein told him that he and the other radio hosts had a bet that he can’t be so young and instead must be in his mid-30s.
However, the schoolboy assured Goldstein and the rest that he is a teenager – and that he’s had his signature beard since the age of 14.
LIttler told talkSPORT: “You’ve had a bet? You’ve lost your money there. Cause I’m 16.
“I’d say [I’ve had the beard] a good two years now.”
Littler is still buzzing about his stunning debut, mainly due to the incredible crowd at Ally Pally.
The darts prodigy even revealed that the audience came up with some creative chants as they sang, “He’s got school in the morning”.

Littler added: “On the stage, the crowd was just nonstop.
“They were even chanting, ‘He’s got school in the morning’. Which is unbelievable.
“When I throw my darts, I can’t think where to go for. I couldn’t compose myself cause it’s just nonstop in there. It’s unbelievable.”
Littler’s dream run continued on Thursday as he also defeated Andrew Gilding to reach the third round.
