Some supporters feel Moyes is a product of old-school British managers whose cautious tactics and safety-first football are preventing West Ham from realising their full potential.
And “#MoyesOut” is becoming a common social media trend amongst fans.
Moyes knows that fan support can make or break a manager’s tenure, and he is not willing to commit to staying at the club if he does not feel the backing of the supporters.
West Ham who still remain in the Europa League have a tough quarter-final against Bayer Leverkusen.

But their campaign in the Premier League has been filled with many ups and downs.
Moyes will want fans to remember the Hammer’s victories in the first half of the season against Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and United.
But, unfortunately, they are clinging onto their 6-0 defeat to the Gunners and 3-0 loss to the Red Devils in February.
Plus crashing out of the EFL Cup to Liverpool after a horrific 5-1 thrashing followed by exiting the FA Cup in the 5th round to Championship side Bristol City.
The only way he can win fans over is if the Irons deliver a miracle against Xabi Alonso‘s side who are unbeaten this season and secure a European spot next term.
Currently sitting seventh in the table the Hammers have six games left of the season and their spot in Europe next season is not guaranteed.
While Moyes has transformed the club into a consistent European title contender.
Fans expectations for the East London side have risen and they do not want to settle for a mid-table finish anymore.
With new recruits Mohammed Kudus, James Ward-Prowse and Edeson Alvarez this term West Ham have the quality to finish in the top six – and they are not convinced Moyes is the man to help them achieve it.
