ENGLAND assistant boss Steve Holland is on the wanted list for Premier League jobs this summer.

The duo have long been a double act but may split if Holland looks to strike out on his own.

He has top-flight experience from his time as Chelsea reserve-team boss but is in the market to be a No 1 if the right offer comes along.

Holland, 53, has been seen at several Prem grounds this season and word has spread about his possible availability.

And several managers are already under pressure this campaign.

The most notable could be ex-Three Lions boss Roy Hodgson’s position at Crystal Palace.

The Eagles were thrashed by fierce rivals Brighton on Saturday.

That prompted fans to chant for Hodgson to be sacked.

According to the Guardian, the club are considering their options.

The Palace boss has come under fire at various points during the season but won key games against Brentford and Sheffield United to save his job.

Hodgson could have been sacked following the 5-0 defeat to Arsenal but Palace are stalling.

It is believed that is because their preferred candidates – Steve Cooper and Julen Lopetegui – are reluctant to take over.

Both managers are out of work and Cooper has been linked with a move to Selhurst Park for several weeks, particularly since he was sacked by Nottingham Forest.

However both bosses are said to be hesitant about taking over because of Palace’s busy schedule, which would give them little time to prepare the team.

Palace owner John Textor is understood to support a change in manager but he has not spoken to Parish since the Brighton loss.

That could mean they could turn to Holland, who may be available when the season’s over.
