England next manager odds: Who is most likely to replace Gareth Southgate? Bookies reveal top seven candidates

That’s according to bookmakers talkSPORT BET, who’ve installed the former Brighton and Chelsea manager at 2/1 to succeed Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate.

But there are several other candidates in the frame with the likes of Jurgen Klopp, Pep Guardiola and Mauricio Pochettino also thought to be in contention.

Southgate, who has been in charge of the Three Lions since September 2016, has entered his fourth major tournament as manager.

He’s guided the national team to a semi-final at the 2018 World Cup, the final of EURO 2020 and the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

And regardless of the current Euros, many believe it will be Southgate’s last hurrah with his contract set to expire before 2025.
