Bright was pictured making peace signs alongside left-back Rachel Daly.

Lauren James and Lucy Bronze also got in on the photoshoot fun — and keeper Hannah Hampton showed why she is a safe pair of hands in goal.

Bronze has said the team feels empowered to improve standards in the women’s game after a bust-up with the FA over performance-related pay.

A letter signed by all 24 members of the squad said: “We are disappointed that a resolution has still not been achieved.

“We view the successful conclusions of these discussions, through player input and a transparent long-term plan, as key for the growth of women’s football in England.”
