England vs Wales – Six Nations 2024: Borthwick hopes for much improved performance while North returns for Dragons

ENGLAND will host Wales in Red Rose’s first home match of the 2024 Six Nations.

Steve Borthwick‘s side got off to a winning start to this year’s tournament against Italy despite a far-from-convincing performance in Rome.

England were 17-14 behind at the break against an Azzurri side that have just one Six Nations win in the last decade.

Elswhere, Wales‘ 22-year undefeated streak against Scotland at the Principality Stadium came to an end after Finn Russell and Co ran out 27-26 winners.

Warren Gatland will be hoping to end a poor run of just two wins in eleven Six Nations matches.

The Wales head coach has made seven changes to the team that started the Dragon’s opener in an attempt to end their woeful form at the prestigious tournament.
