That’s after confirming there is a “break clause” in the Tottenham defender’s loan deal.

Reguilon, 26, completed a temporary move to Old Trafford in September following injuries to Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw.

The left-back has since played nine times for the Red Devils.

And he clocked up appearance number 10 in Saturday’s 3pm Premier League clash against Bournemouth.

However, Reguilon’s immediate future is in doubt following Shaw’s return to action.

The Spaniard himself has suffered injury issues since arriving at Old Trafford.

And with Malacia closing in on a return from his ACL issue, Reguilon could find himself surplus to requirement.

United boss Ten Hag has now confirmed there is a “break clause” in Reguilon’s loan agreement.

Activating it would send the defender back to North London for the second-half of the campaign.

But Ten Hag admits United are yet to make a decision.

And he adds that Tottenham will also need to be involved in talks, with Ange Postecoglou already making Destiny Udogie his first-choice on the left.

Ten Hag said: “We have to make a final decision on Reguilon.

“But also there is Spurs who are involved in that conversation as well.”
