EVERTON’S match against Nottingham Forest was momentarily delayed following a nasty of clash of heads between Beto and Morgan Gibbs-White.

The incident occurred during stoppage time with the Toffees leading the relegation six-pointer 2-0.

The match was delayed as both players received treatment
