ISRAEL ADESANYA has dropped another huge hint that he’ll make a stunning return at UFC 300.
The former two-time middleweight champion teased a lengthy hiatus after his shock defeat to Sean Strickland in Australia last September.

The Last Stylebender teased a UFC 300 return just days after ‘Still Knocks’ claimed his old title last month by posting a photo of himself to Instagram with the accompanying caption: “Ah s***, here we go again.”
He followed that up with a snap of his dinner and him holding some seasoning, which included a South African flag emoji and the caption: “‘Tis the season.”
And he’s added more fuel to the already-raging UFC 300 main event fire with one of his recent story posts.
On Wednesday night, the Nigerian-born New Zealander uploaded an image with the number “300” written out in the same style text used for the 2006 Hollywood movie starring Gerard Butler.
The snap included an image of a 300-style cartoon character roaring along with the accompanying caption: “The Gods must be crazy.”
Adesanya’s feud with Du Plessis, which has so far culminated in a heated and expletive-filled face-off last July, has been brewing for nearly a year.
And in an exclusive chat with SunSport, DDP revealed he’d happily face the Kiwi killer at the historic April 13 card.

New middleweight king Dricus Du Plessis is willing to face Israel Adesanya at UFC 300[/caption]He said: “That is 11 weeks, right? For me, I have a very, very good team around me.
“Obviously, as fighters, we carry small injuries, we carry niggles – we always do.
“I have nothing serious as of now. Obviously, I have fight camp niggles, that’s it.
“One thing that I did learn from the Robert Whittaker fight is that don’t commit to fights before you have another fight.
“Because you’d get crucified for that.
“But that would be amazing, that would be a historic event and that would be absolutely awesome.
“And to give the fans what they want in me versus Israel Adesanya. So yeah, I would love that.”
UFC president and CEO Dana White has teased an imminent main event announcement for the card, which he says will blow fans’ minds.
He said last week: “I just gave you guys a 300 fight. When will you get the main event?
“You guys can’t even handle the main event. We’re working on a couple of different options. Trust me, the UFC 300 main event is going to be crazy.
“We have a couple of options for the main event. I’m still playing with it, I’m still playing with it. When it’s time, I will give it to you.”
