We start with Tuesday night’s action and begin at Fir Park where MOTHERWELL (Evs) are the selection to beat Ross County.

Derek Adams hasn’t got much right since returning north of the border but the summation of his team’s quality is one of them, with just two points picked up from their last eight games.

The Steelmen have lost just once in their last eight games and look to have turned a corner, with the battling draw with in-form Killie on Saturday further proof of that.

BONNYRIGG ROSE (4/5) play on the same night at home to Elgin and are unbeaten in four games, one spot but nine points off the play offs.

They haven’t lost any of their last five games at home, while Elgin have serious travel sickness having lost 11 games in a row away from home.

Their record is worse than that when you take into account their last win away from home in all competitions came LAST February – with only one draw since then.

KILMARNOCK (4/6) play host to a struggling Livingston side in the latest El-Plastico.

Killie will be disappointed to have thrown away leads in their last two games but it’s just one defeat in 10 for them, while Livi have lost all nine of their last away games.

Sticking with the Premiership, HEARTS (23/20) are a surprisingly big price away to St Johnstone, managed by former boss Craig Levein.

The Jambos have won the last five meetings between the teams and have won eight of their last nine games in all competitions and are 12 points clear of fourth in the race for third.

And to cap it off, ST MIRREN (5/4) were excellent in the first half at Hibs on Saturday and can back it up in a home game with Dundee.

Saints can go fourth should Killie slip up, while there seems to be a narrative that Dundee are doing really well, though have only picked up two wins from their last 11 games.

Celtic head for Hibs and clearly have their issues on and off the park at the moment.

But if they get half the chances they did on Saturday when at Easter Road on Wednesday, they should do OK.

That’s because Hibs have conceded eight goals in their last three games – including having been thumped 3-0 by Rangers and St Mirren in their last two home games.

Another result like that could follow, should Hoops’ forwards come out guns blazing now they’re in a real title battle.

Longshot

Not many games to choose from, so we’ll see a bit of a crossover.

That’s because we’re taking Motherwell, Hearts and St Mirren all to win, but with all six teams involved to score.

Both teams to score has landed in Motherwell’s last five games, in five of Hearts’ last six games and in five of Dundee’s last six games – who travel to St Mirren.

This midweek should be goals aplenty and this one brings big odds.
