CHELTENHAM betting expert Luke McMahon brutally put down punters who interrupted his live TV interview with a nine-word blast.

The tipster was speaking to ITV about the week of races when a group of lads began shouting over him.

McMahon, clearly not impressed, said: “When God made eejits, he made plenty of them, didn’t he?”

The Irishman was speaking on the final day of Cheltenham, which has been full of big wins and even bigger faces in attendance.

And McMahon was not the only to suffer an awkward gatecrash.

Premier League legend Sam Allardyce inadvertently photobombed a royal shoot at Cheltenham.

Big Sam found himself posing in front of cameras after arriving at the racecourse.

But the paparazzi weren’t there for the former Three Lions boss.

They were for Princess Beatrice, who was at the races with her husband Edoardo Mozzi.

Allardyce was completely oblivious to the fact the photographers were trying to snap the royal couple and stood in front of them and posed for snaps.

Thankfully, Beatrice – the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sara Ferguson – and Mozzi saw the funny side and chuckled away at the confusion.

Allardyce, 69, has been out of management since his 30-day stint with Leeds United last season, which made him the shortest-ever serving boss in Premier League history.

He’s keen to get back into management and recently put himself forward for the vacant Republic of Ireland job.
