However, her caption on the snap told a different story.

“Last workout of 2023 done & I discovered I had a hole on my backside midway through,” she wrote.

“Here’s to splitting less leggings in 2023.”

Quickly realising she got her year wrong, she amended her story with another caption.

She posted: “I meant 2024 not 2023.

“I’m still recovering from realising I had a hole in my leggings at the gym so my head’s not with it.”

Emma is no stranger to giving fans a treat and has amassed 404,000 adoring Instagram followers.
