Lehmann agreed to become one of the competition’s celebrity managers as the tournament kicked off in January.
Teams played games across 11 days, with Streets United also getting coaching tips from Podolski along the way.
And they crowned their debut season with a thrilling 7-5 win against Calcio Berlin on Monday.
However, Lehmann was not in attendance for Streets United’s trophy lift.
She is currently on international duty with Switzerland.
Yet the fan favourite was sure to be keeping a close watch on her side.
And when she returns from action, Lehmann will be looking to move Villa up the Women’s Super League table from their current spot in seventh.
She has 12 goals in 71 games ever since a 2021 move from West Ham.
Lehmann has also spent time in English football with Everton.
But she is settled in Villa after rekindling her romance with men’s star Douglas Luiz.
The couple began dating in 2021 and were a smash hit with Villa supporters.
However, they split last year to leave fans heartbroken.
Yet Lehmann and Luiz sparked rumours of a fresh relationship when they stepped out at New Year’s together.
And the pair have since confirmed their official status, snuggling up to each other for some cosy Valentine’s Day snaps.
