However, the German giants are still thought to be well short of the club’s £100million valuation.

But Kane has shifted the pressure onto the Spurs chief and wants a resolution either way before their opening Premier League game.

Ange Postecoglu’s side travel to Brentford on August 13 to begin their season.

The transfer window does not close until September 1 and Bayern remain confident of striking a deal for the Spurs legend.

Levy, however, is not budging from the £100million valuation following Monday’s meeting between the teams in London.

Directors for the Bundesliga champions have spoken publicly about their pursuit of Kane, but manager Thomas Tuchel is remaining tight lipped.

Asked about the deal while on a pre-season trip in Singapore, the former Chelsea manager declined to comment on anything relating to Kane.

The 30-year-old is into the final 12 months of his deal and has shown little desire to sign a new contract.

Should Spurs not sell their star man this summer, they risk losing him for nothing in a year’s time.

Kane can discuss a pre-contract with clubs from overseas in January.

Meanwhile, Kane has enjoyed a holiday at Disney World with his children.
