HARRY KANE could not hide his discomfort as Micah Richards hilariously accused the Bayern Munich star of “having a dodgy box”.

Kane, 30, left boyhood club Tottenham for the Bundesliga giants last summer.

And his two goals against Lazio on Tuesday night helped fire the Bavarians into the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a 3-1 aggregate win.

After his brace, Kane joined the CBS team of Richards, Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher and host Kate Abdo on a live link from the Allianz Arena.

During the interview, the England captain made a point of thanking Henry for his kind words during the Frenchman’s appearance with Carra on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football coverage of Arsenal’s 6-0 thrashing at Sheffield United.

But that sparked chaos in the studio.

Carragher responded to Kane’s comment: “Where was that? What was that on, Harry? What show was that?”

Kane replied: “That was Monday Night Football,” prompting huge cheers and laughter from the CBS panel.

Richards then piped up: “How do you get that in Germany, by the way?”

Suddenly Kane looked slightly awkward as he insisted: “Don’t worry, don’t worry about me.”

Richards then let out an almighty noise as the rest burst into more hilarity.

The ex-Manchester City defender added: “Okay! I’m not accusing you of anything, I’m just saying I don’t think Sky Go goes to Germany.”

A jubilant Carragher quipped to clarify Richard’s insinuation: “Harry’s got a dodgy box!”

The camera then cut back to a sheepish Kane fiddling with his hair clearly unsure quite what to say in response.

And the clip shared on social media prompted some brilliant responses from fans.

One said: “Micah baiting out Kane for having a dodgy box.”

Another wrote: “Lmfaoo Kane using a dodgy box is hilarious.”

A third quipped: “If Harry Kane has a dodgy box… I’m cancelling my Sky Sports.”

And a final user commented: “Harry Kane admitting he has a dodgy box in Germany is too funny.”

Kane’s double came either side of a Thomas Muller goal as Bayern recovered from 1-0 down after the first leg to book their spot in the last eight.

In the same CBS interview, the striker exposed Carragher’s lies by revealing the former Liverpool defender had not rung him during the week.

His team-mate Eric Dier also hit the headlines following the victory thanks to his Steve McClaren-style accent.
