HARRY KANE looks set for a lucrative new boot deal.

The England captain’s contract with Nike has reportedly come to an end, putting him in line for fresh sponsorship.

He was spotted wearing blacked-out boots during Tottenham’s opening training session in front of 6,000 fans at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday.

That was ahead of Sunday’s friendly clash with Leicester at the same ground as part of Spurs’ Asia-Pacific pre-season tour.

Kane, who turns 30 on Friday, is being courted by Bayern Munich.

The German giants have had bids of around £60million and £70m turned down already, with suggestions they will come in with a fresh offer when Spurs return home.

Bayern are confident Kane wants to join them, with their director Uli Hoeness publicly confirming that belief.

SunSport understands the Three Lions striker is open to a move to Bavaria.

But he has also not ruled out either staying and running down his Spurs contract to leave on a free transfer next summer, or even signing a new deal.

Harry Kane’s openness to a move comes amid reports that his wife, Kate, was house hunting in Bavaria this weekend.

New Spurs’ boss Ange Postecoglou has had the last ten days to work with Kane.

Historically the ex-Celtic boss has favoured a centre-forward who naturally favours relentless pressing than Kane does.

Yet when asked if the club’s greatest goalscorer would need to adapt to his methods, Postecoglou replied: “No not really. I’ve had all sorts of strikers.

“I think what I look for in those type of positions is someone being laser-focused on scoring goals and part of that is if you work hard on keeping the ball close to the opposition goal then that’s going to help you.

“All the strikers I’ve had have bought into that because they know they’re going to get more opportunities.

“There are very little gaps in Harry’s game. His ability on and off the ball are more than enough for us.”

Kane’s England colleague James Maddison completed a £40million switch to Spurs in June and is hopeful the striker will stay.

Maddison, 26, added: “I’m not going to go into details on Harry’s situation. People speak about that enough and it’s out of my hands, really.

“But from my point of view I would love to be able to play with him, he’s a world-class centre-forward, the best No9 in the world, a brilliant role model and an uber professional guy. “Whatever happens, happens.”
