The offer from Bayern is their fourth bid for the Spurs star after having seen three rejected earlier in the transfer window.

The potential exit of Kane, 30, would be a big blow for the club as he has been the main provider of goals since the 2014/15 season.

Last season, Kane even managed to equal his best-ever tally in the Premier League as he netted 30 goals.

And Spurs fans have gone into meltdown with many worried about how the club will replace him should he accept the move to Germany.

One Tweeted: “Screaming, crying, throwing up.”

A second commented: “Said it yesterday in a reply to someone, but selling Harry Kane with two days to go until our season kicks off disrupts the entire club. The manager, the squad and obviously us fans.”

A third wrote: “He’s actually gone… I’m devastated but maybe it’s time 💔.”

A fourth said: “Na just going to cry for the rest of the season. Can’t believe it’s happening.”

A fifth added: “Genuinely just collapsed on the floor I can’t believe it.”

While another slammed: “Tottenham is finished”

Time was running out for the Bundesliga side as Kane called for his future to be sorted by Sunday – when Tottenham kick off their Premier League campaign away at Brentford.

And the new report goes on to state the England captain, 30, must now “make a decision” regarding his future.

He had been “leaning towards staying”, but the agreement of a fee between the two clubs now moves him a huge step closer towards exiting Spurs.

Kane is the Lilywhites’ all-time top scorer with 280 goals in 435 appearances.

He is also just 47 goals short of Alan Shearer‘s record Premier League tally of 260.
