GRACIOUS LEADER (7.30 Kempton, nap)
He showed promise in three maidens but left that form behind when scooting in on handicap debut at Lingfield last time. He had plenty in the tank crossing the line and an 8lb rise in the weights won’t put the brakes on.
ALICE’S IMPACT (3.15 Beverley, nb)
Did really well to score on her last run here, getting up on the line after meeting trouble in running. She found the ground on the tacky side when a solid second at Carlisle latest and will be happier in these conditions.
SHOUT (3.00 Salisbury, treble)
Has Ryan Moore in the saddle and he was a game winner over course and distance last time. He went from the front there and kept producing more in the closing stages. He has a penalty to carry but it was a smooth success and another victory is on the cards.
OVERTURE (4.00 Salisbury, Lucky 15)
Was a typical Sir Mark Prescott improver when upped to this distance at Yarmouth last time. It’s interesting that the great trainer reaches for a visor despite that smooth success and there should be a lot more to come.
