Horse racing tips: Templegate’s NAP went close in a higher grade last time so should be hard to beat at Warwick

SEEFIN (3.05 Warwick, nap)

He ran a cracker to finish second in a stronger race than this at Ascot last time. He has few miles on the clock and should be capable of another step forward.

Top Cloud looks the main threat after an impressive four wins from his past five runs. He’s 17lb higher than the start of that run but should be competitive.

ORCHESTRA (1.05 Warwick, nb)

He showed some promise on turf last summer but looked a future winner when a close-up second on his hurdles debut at Taunton last month.

He wasn’t helped by a mistake at the first flight and he still looked green under Paddy Brennan. This four-year-old should have learned from the experience.

ROCKINASTORM (3.40 Warwick, treble)

He has been excellent since switching to chases with smooth wins here and at Hereford before another solid third in better company at Uttoxeter last time.

The handicapper hasn’t gone mad and he’s only 5lb higher than the first of those victories. Staying is not an issue for Henry Daly’s hopeful who can go close again under Richard Patrick.
