TOTTENHAM are bracing themselves for life without club legend Harry Kane.

Spurs and England‘s talismanic striker is on the verge of ending his near 20-year love affair with the club and joining Bayern Munich.

After weeks of back and forth, the German champions have finally agreed a £94.5million deal for the 30-year-old.

Kane’s imminent departure will leave an irreplaceable void in Spurs’ starting XI.

New manager Ange Postecoglou now has the unenviable task of filling the goalscoring chasm which will soon be left by Kane.

And with the new season just days away, Tottenham could be forced into a late reshuffle of the pack.

A host of new signings are expected to start at the Gtech Community Stadium, including new stopper Guglielmo Vicario – who was brought in to replace skipper Hugo Lloris.

Emerson Royal is likely to play at right back along with a new centre-back pairing of Cristian Romero and summer signing Micky Van de Ven.

New boy Destiny Udogie, meanwhile, will be in contention to start at left-back.

Postecoglou could opt to have marquee summer signing James Maddison at the front of a midfield three including Yves Bissouma and Pape Sarr.

Johnson could lead the line if Postecoglou doesn’t have faith in Richarlison
The Aussie could opt to not bring anyone new and trust a front three of Son, Richarlison and Kulusevski

The post-Kane strike force will likely continue to be a front three.

The task of replacing Kane will likely fall on the shoulders of Richarlison, who endured a nightmare debut season at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Even if he does find his scoring boots, the Brazilian will likely be reliant on Son Heung-Min – who will likely operate on the left of a front three – to lighten the load.

Should Postecoglou opt to play Richarlison down the middle, Swede Dejan Kulusevski will probably be deployed on the right.

Kulusevski, however, could be benched if Postecoglou lands Nottingham Forest‘s Brennan Johnson.

The Aussie is keen on adding the forward – who Forest value at £50million to his squad before the window closes at the end of the month.

It’s also not beyond the realms of possibility that Johnson – if signed – could line the line.
