Huge Arsenal boost as Mikel Arteta hints crocked Kai Havertz could return before end of Premier League season

ARSENAL boss Mikel Arteta has revealed that Kai Havertz could return before the end of the season.

Havertz suffered a hamstring injury during the club’s mid-season Dubai training camp in February and was expected to miss the remainder of the campaign.

However, Arteta has offered a positive update on the striker.

During a press conference on Friday, he said: “Hopefully we can have Kai Havertz back before end of season.”

Havertz shared a video montage of his recovery on social media earlier this week, leading many fans to believe that he was closer to a return.

The 25-year-old required surgery on his injury in February.
