A CAR valeter reckons he’s hit the bullseye with the ladies as a dead ringer for teen darts ace Luke Littler.

Single Alex Sumner is also set to rake in hundreds of pounds a time from personal appearances after signing up with a lookalike agency.

Alex, 25, said: “Since Luke hit the headlines last month, I’ve had dozens of people message me saying I look like him.

“I can’t see it so much myself — apart from I’m a heavy-set guy.

“I’m very single at the moment but have had some interest from women, as well as making a few quid.

“There have been people coming up to me in the street. I’ve never been so popular.

“Big guys are the big new thing in 2024 and it’s all thanks to Luke.”

Kebab-loving teen tungsten tosser Littler, 16, is the youngest person to make the world darts championship final.

He lost 7-4 to Luke Humphries this month but pocketed £200,000.

Alex, of Preston, said: “I’m 25, so nowhere near Luke in age — so just looks and body shape.

“Another good thing is now I don’t need to slim down for a summer body.

“I’ve cancelled the gym membership.

“I’m rubbish at darts though, so maybe I should brush up my skills.”

Like most of the nation, Alex hadn’t heard of Luke until he rocketed to fame at the worlds.

He added: “The first message I got was from a mate in December who sent me a photo of Luke and wrote, ‘You are Luke Littler’.”

And when the Lookalikes Agency — which has featured on Channel 4 and Netflix — put a snap of Luke on its Instagram page and appealed for doppelgangers, Alex was swamped with pals telling him to sign up.

He added: “I must have 50 people tagging me into the appeal so I just went for it.”

Andy Harmer, boss of the Essex-based firm, said: “Alex has a brilliant resemblance to Luke and is in demand for promotional events, pub, club and shop openings.”

Lookalikes can earn hundreds of pounds a time appearing at events such as corporate bashes and even on TV and in films.

The firm said of its credentials: “Lookalikes is the home of celebrity lookalikes and tribute acts offering the best in the business and making sure you get the desired celebrity impact for your event or campaign.”
