Today’s Cross Country Chase, originally scheduled for 16:10, has had to be scrapped altogether due to the conditions.

Four of the six remaining day two races have been rescheduled, with the action getting underway at 13:45 instead of 13:30.

While fans have still descended upon Prestbury Park in their droves, they have had to wrap up warm to beat the conditions.

Those watching in Benidorm, however, have had no such issues.

One fan posted a video from an outdoor bar in the iconic Spanish holiday hotspot.

In the clip, many tourists can be seen watching Cheltenham action on a big screen.

Many even took their tops off to fully enjoy the warm weather.

The satisfied social media user captioned their video “Benidorm for Cheltenham”.

When the clip subsequently went viral, plenty offered words of admiration.

One wrote: “I need to do this.”

While a second gushed: “Some spot that place.”

A third swooned: “Love this, great party place to spend ya winnings.”

And a fourth proudly called it “The best of British.”

Another added: “It’s perfect.”
