A FORMER Manchester United wonderkid who made his debut for the club alongside Marcus Rashford has retired to become a travel agent.

He spent eight years at the club after progressing through the academy ranks before joining Hull in the summer of 2016.
Weir, 28, signed a three-year deal with The Tigers but injuries limited him to just seven appearances.
A short spell at Bolton in League One followed before Weir ditched England for stints Hungary and Slovakia.
Most recently he played for Slovak top tier side FC ViOn Zlaté Moravce but quit football last month as it took too much of a toll on his body to play full-time.
He now works as a travel agent but still plays football in his spare time alongside former Red Devils Danny Simpson and Ravel Morrison.
However Weir has no regrets about his career or the amount of time he spent at United, and cherishes the moments he spent around the first-team squad.
He told The Guardian: “I was on the bench for about 10 games.

“It was a bit of a whirlwind – it feels like a lifetime ago. My debut was an out‑of-body experience but they were the best moments of my career.
“Being in the squad and exposed to a club that size was incredible. I wouldn’t change that minute for anything.”
