LUKE CHADWICK has releaved how he was scouted by Manchester United.
The former midfielder was scouted by the Red Devils when he was just 10 years old.

During Chadwick’s time with the Arsenal acedemy he was also playing for his local school team in Cambridge.
This is were he caught the eye of one of the Red Devil’s scouts due to his prolific performances.
During a TikTok Q&A, the retired midfielder revealed just how his swap came about.
He said: “I was scouted for Manchester United whilst playing for my local town’s school’s team.
“I was scoring a lot go goals and got a bit of a repuations, and United’s local scout Ray Medwell scouted me and took me up on a trial.”
After makign the trip up north to see United, Chadwick was happy to leave the Gunners.
He added: “When United signed me, Arsenal were not best pleased.

“But once I had been up to United I had fallen in love with the place.
“I knew that was the club I wanted to sign for.”
Chadwick helped Man United to the Premier League title in 2001 but then embarked in a journeyman career.
He played for the likes of West Ham, Stoke City, Norwich City, MK Dons, Cambridge United before retiring at Soham Town Rangers in 2016.
