DAVE CHISNALL believes he would have won the Belgian Darts Open – if he hadn’t run into Luke Littler.
The 44-year-old crashed out of the tournament in Lebbeke last week following a 6-4 loss to The Nuke.

Chizzy had led 4-2 in the contest and looked set to knock the world champion out.
But Littler, 18, responded with a 170 checkout to save the match and then reeled off four-straight legs.
A stunned Chisnall was sent home – but believes he would have won the tournament if he’d held on.
Writing in his Kwiff column, Chisnall said: “That boy Luke Littler can chuck.
“I’ve been saying it for over a year – you don’t need me to tell you how good he is,
“It was both good and bad I suppose, with that sort of form and performance showing that it’s still there, despite the disappointment of the result.”
Littler went on to lift the crown and continue his remarkable 2025.
Chisnall added: “If I had beaten Luke [in Belgium], I think I would have gone on to lift the trophy.

“But if my Aunty had b*****s she would be my uncle so ifs don’t mean anything in this game.”
Chizzy recently hit out at the PDC for holding events in “freezing” conditions.
He claimed players were unhappy with the lack of heat as they threw at Players Championship 3 last month in the Dutch town of Autotron.
The St Helens thrower complained: “I’m back from a few days in Holland, which turned out to be a bit of a disappointing trip.
“I went out in the second round in Players Championship Round 3 to Oskar Lukasiak but neither of us played well.
“The average of 73.30 is pretty embarrassing.
“The thing is, it was absolutely freezing there and I could barely feel my fingers at times.”

And the 44-year-old was not impressed after missing out on a place in the 2025 Premier League.
The World No.6 was omitted from the 17-week tournament with Nathan Aspinall, Gerwyn Price and Chris Dobey getting in ahead of him – despite being lower in the rankings.
He said: “The Premier League line-up was hardly surprising, but you’d have to be gutted if you were someone like a Mike de Decker or Damon Heta.
“I never expected to get a phone call – despite being World No.6 – because of how poor I’ve been on TV this year.”
