The former Celtic and Blackburn star pointed to the lack of a buy option in Sancho’s loan deal as a sign he will be staying in Manchester in the summer.
Speaking on the It’s All Kicking Off podcast, he said: “There’s no agreement to sell on, I suspect Sancho will outlast Ten Hag at Manchester United,
“It’s ended like this, but I suspect he’ll be back at Manchester United and if Ten Hag carries on the way he’s going, I suspect he’ll be off at the end of the season.”
Ten Hag has been under mounting pressure with the Red Devils after a disappointing campaign so far.
United crashed out of the Champions League at the base of their group and currently sit eighth in the Premier League table having lost ALMOST HALF of all their league games this season.
To make matters worse for ten Hag there is a microscope on him at Old Trafford since the investment of British Billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
Despite the shocking form of Man Utd without Sancho in the frame, Sutton claimed that ten Hag has handled the war-of-words between the two well.

He said: “I think you have a player there, a talented young player who, for whatever reason, thinks he’s bigger than the club, bigger than Manchester United.
“And what he did to Ten Hag on social media was utterly ridiculous. It was pathetic.”
Sancho was banished from the first team after he claimed he was being made a “scapegoat” by the former Ajax boss.
Ten Hag had suggested Sancho’s training performances were not up to scratch after leaving him out of the squad for Man Utd’s 3-1 defeat to Arsenal back in September.
The England international’s exile saw him having to eat his lunch away from the first team, train on his own and stay away from all senior facilities.
