JAMIE CARRAGHER was all smiles as he arrived at Cheltenham Festival in the wake of his controversy involving Kate Abdo.
Carragher, 46, received huge criticism on Tuesday after joking CBS Sports presenter Abdo, 42, was not loyal to partner Malik Scott.

The comment led to an awkward silence among the panel – which also included Arsenal icon Thierry Henry and ex-Manchester City defender Micah Richards.
But Abdo responded to the backlash in the perfect way on Wednesday night’s show as she introduced Carragher as the “middle child” that is “capable of saying anything for attention”.
She went on to add that he goes “too far sometimes” but that he apologises for the remark.
Carragher laughed at Abdo‘s speech – which was heavily praised on social media.
And now the Liverpool legend has been seen for the first time since the show as he attended day three of Cheltenham on Thursday.
The former England international was snapped joking with ex-West Ham, Portsmouth and Tottenham boss Redknapp, 77.
Carragher wore a three-piece suit for the horse racing and accompanied it with a flat cap.
It appears he is keen to put the controversy behind him following two days in the headlines.
Abdo’s partner Scott, 43, is a former heavyweight boxer with a 38-3-1 record.
He is best known for training American KO artist Deontay Wilder.
Scott has been mentioned in passing on CBS before, with Carragher and Richards teasing her about her relationship.
Scott recently shared a post on social media sharing an intimate moment with Abdo as she sat on his lap while he planted a kiss on her cheek.
Meanwhile, CBS’ coverage this week also centred around the topic of haircuts.
Arsenal stars Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice were both asked about their barber habits.
Saka was also asked to sing on the show in a hilarious segment as the England star made his CBS debut.
