The wedding planner took to Instagram to post the cryptic message after Jermain was spotted on a run with Alisha close to his Hertfordshire home on New Year’s Eve.
“Reflecting on 2023 has been a journey of self-discovery and growth,” she started.
“This year has taught me valuable lessons about resilience, compassion, and the importance of surrounding myself with positive influences”.
Paige then took aim at the former Spurs striker as she appeared to call time on their relationship.
She continued: “And saying goodbye to narcissists.
“Stepping into 2024 with a renewed sense of self and commitment to positive, fulfilling relationships.
“The journey ahead is promising, and I’m excited to see the big things unfold in the coming year.
“Cheers to growth, resilience, and a bigger and brighter future.”
It has appeared unclear who Jermain is dating, having first been spotted with Alicia sporting an engagement ring in October – fuelling speculation that the two were engaged.
But a month later, Jermain was snapped on a dinner date with Paige close to his in Essex mansion.
A source said: “Jermain likes to keep busy now he’s retired but it must be exhausting going from one mansion to another to spend time with Paige and then Alisha.
“Maybe he’s having a hard time trying to choose which one he wants to be with.
“Both must know about each other and seem to be very understanding towards Jermain.
“But it’s a very unusual arrangement.”
