The historic card  – which takes place at the T-Mobile Arena – features a total of TEN former or current undisputed champions.

Topping the bill is a tasty light-heavyweight title fight between champion Alex Pereira and his predecessor Jamahal Hill.

The booking of the fight – which came together in a matter of hours – irked some fans.

Many vocaliSed their displeasure on social media, insisting the fight was one-sided in the champion’s favour and wasn’t worthy of headlining the UFC’s tricentennial event.

That criticism has irked Rogan, who said on his podcast: “Jamahal Hill is f***ing dangerous. Watch the fight with Glover [Teixeira], he pieced Glover up. And Glover is f***ing good.

“People underestimate him for some strange reason and I don’t understand it.”

Dana White’s Contenders Series graduate Hill will be fighting for the first time since claiming the belt with a dominant win over Pereira’s mentor Glover Teixeira.

Hill was sidelined by a horrific Achilles injury last July and decided to vacate the belt in order to keep the division moving.

The returning former champion’s chances of reclaiming the belt have been written off by many.

But Rogan is adamant ‘Sweet Dreams’ is more than capable of putting Pereira to sleep.

He continued: “I heard people talk about his power, watch that Johnny Walker fight.

“He hit him in the forehead and he went down like a sniper shot him. Bro, he’s good and he’s f***ing dangerous.

“Jamahal is a one-punch knockout artist at heavyweight for sure. He’s a big tall dude and he knows movement – he’s f***ing dangerous, man.

“Bro, he’s f***ing dangerous. Jamahal’s dangerous. A lot of people are picking Pereira to run him over, which I think is interesting.

“I’m not sure about that, man. Dude, I think this is going to be a great fight.”

As excited as Rogan is for the fight, he admits he wishes Hill had more time to recover from his horror injury

“I don’t know [if it is fully healed],” Rogan said of Hill’s Achilles. “I would assume it is.

“Otherwise he wouldn’t be jumping back in. I know it was more than eight months ago and he relinquished the title.

“I’d like to have a little more [recovery time]. I’d like to have a little more.”
