KATE ABDO was substituted off during CBS Sports’ coverage of the Champions League final.
The popular presenter, 43, was replaced by colleague Anita Nneka Jones during the build-up to the match.

Abdo was joined by regulars Thierry Henry, Micah Richards and Jamie Carragher.
Leaving her crew behind, the Mancunian said: “I would love to stay and chat guys but I have other friends waiting for me tonight…”
As Henry, Richards and Carragher groaned, Abdo pointed at Jones and added: “Look who’s coming!”
Carra shouted “Anita!” before screaming as footage showed Abdo’s pals David Beckham and Tom Cruise hanging out the Allianz Arena.
Abdo then waved as she walked off set, adding: “Bye, bye, bye.”
Richards asked “Is it a substitution then?” – with Abdo pausing.
The former Manchester City star guffawed as Peter Schmeichel held the fourth official’s board to announce the substitution.
Richards turned to Jones and bellowed: “Finally some real funny in the studio.”
Jones began: “Great to be here with you guys.”
Following a commercial break, Abdo reappeared alongside Becks and Cruise.
In addition to their main coverage, CBS Sports have broadcast “Beckham and Friends” alt-cast.
The alternate feed is similar in concept to ESPN’s Manningcast streamed during NFL games.
In addition to Cruise and Abdo, Becks has been joined by the likes of Stanley Tucci, Guy Ritchie, Joseph Fiennes, and James Corden.
