City thrashed Huddersfield 5-0 thanks to a Phil Foden double as well as goals from Julian Alvarez, Doku and a Ben Jackson own goal.
The defending champions are now in the hat for the fourth round along with Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool, who beat Arsenal 2-0.
