KIA JOORABCHIAN is set to be the new owner of Sir Michael Stoute’s Freemason Lodge.
The ambitious chief of AMO Racing has splashed the cash to buy Stoute’s historic yard in the heart of Newmarket.

Joorabchian, who has made millions as a football agent, has had new cash injected into his operation by Nottingham Forest owner and pal Evangelos Marinakis.
The pair recently splurged £4.4m at the Newmarket Sales on just one horse, while Joorabchian spent a jaw-dropping £12m at the Book 1 Sale last month.
Ever since starting AMO in 2003, Iranian-born Joorabchian has been desperate to take on the establishment and the purchase of Freemason Lodge is a statement of intent to do just that.
