THE father of football superkid Lamine Yamal has been discharged from hospital two days after he was stabbed.
Mounir Nasraoui, 32, was rushed to hospital on Wednesday night after he was allegedly lured into a trap.
Earlier, he had argued with the father of a boy who had thrown water over Mr Nasraoui from a balcony.
The attackers turned up at a “clear the air” meeting in a car park, where Mr Nasraoui was punched, kicked and knifed.
An executive at Barcelona FC, where Lamine plays, said: “Luckily a friend of the father’s appeared because otherwise they would have killed him.”
Four people believed to be from one family have been arrested and were due in court yesterday.
On Thursday 17-year-old Yamal visited his dad in Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital hospital, near Barcelona.
They were seen together after the teen sensation helped Spain lift the trophy at Euro 2024 last month.
After the attack, Moroccan Mr Nasraoui told Spanish TV: “I suffered fear like any other person.
“I have to be calm and think the courts will do their job.”
