LAURA WOODS has hilariously revealed what she found in Ray Parlour and Alan Brazil’s golf cart after an hilarious meeting in Portugal.

The much-loved 36-year-old TNT Sports host is an ardent Arsenal supporter after falling in love with the Gunners as a child.

And she revealed the contents of the Arsenal legend and Alan Brazil’s golf cart[/caption]

Despite working with a host of the club’s former stars throughout her career, which included her spell at talkSPORT, she still admits to feeling “overawed” when meeting some of the North London side’s legendary figures.

She then revealed during the chat with Rio Ferdinand on TNT Sports an entertaining story about coming face-to-face with Gunners hero Parlour on a beach in Portugal.

And he just so happened to be with her former talkSPORT colleague Brazil.

Woods said: “It took me ages to meet Ray Parlour, ages. He was probably one of the last players I met. I’d met Thierry [Henry], I’d met [Emmanuel] Petit. I was so embarrassed when I met Petit.

“He was the one [Parlour]. When I met him, it was on a random beach in Portugal – I was presenting the Sir Bobby Robson Celebrity Golf Classic.”

Ferdinand then interrupted to ask: “Did he have a drink in hand?”

Woods replied: “Of course, the whole time.

“Alan Brazil was on this cart and if you went to the golf buggies they were filled up with empty cans of beer.

“And they were so hot and red. I was like ‘Do you guys need some sun tan lotion?’ They were like ‘No, that’s cheating’.

“But that was the first time I met him and it was amazing.”
