Eubank Jr (32-3, 23 knockouts) is seeking revenge against Smith after a surprising outcome in their first fight.

The rematch between the two fighters was pushed back after Smith received medical advice regarding his hand injury.

What has been said?

“I think the thing that mostly needs to change is the mindset,” Eubank Jr told Seconds Out.

“Maybe I did underestimate him a little bit, maybe I did get a little bit too complacent at times, but I feel like the strategy was working. It just wasn’t meant to be on that particular night.”

“It’s just an old injury niggle flaring up but I want to take the time to let it heal up so that I can enter the ring at 100 per cent on fight night,” Smith said.

“Because a 100 per cent Liam Smith beats Chris Eubank Jr every day of the week and twice on Sunday.”
