LUKE LITTLER has revealed he will “100 per cent” play in Soccer Aid if he gets the call.
The darts superstar, 17, admitted back in January that his dad persuaded him to ditch football despite his “love” for the sport.
He pursued a career on the oche and has rapidly risen to the top, reaching the PDC World Darts Championship final on his debut appearance at Alexandra Palace.
But the Manchester United fan still has a desire to play football and could be offered that chance this summer.
Soccer Aid, an annual charity match which sees England and a World XI face off as two teams consisting of ex-players and celebrities, takes place on June 9 at Stamford Bridge.
Littler is scheduled to compete in America for the first time one week before as he plays the US Darts Masters at Madison Square Garden in New York.
But he has been forced to withdraw from the Nordic Masters the weekend after due to “family commitments”.
It means he could be free for Soccer Aid – which he has now revealed he would be up for.
Appearing on JackMaate’s Happy Hour podcast, Littler was asked whether he would accept if the organisers came knocking.
To which he replied: “100 per cent. I’ve seen they have only got about 10 people down, so if they are watching – get me in.

“I’m definitely not playing in goal if I play for Soccer Aid. Up front.”
Littler’s comments come after footage of him scoring a superb free-kick emerged on social media.
The clip shows the left-footer, wearing the No6, whip a brilliant dead ball into the far top corner during a Sunday league match.
He then runs out of shot celebrating – footage Littler laughed at as he re-watched it on the podcast.
If Littler was to play for England at Soccer Aid, he would be coached by Frank Lampard, Harry Redknapp and Robbie Williams.
And his team-mates would include the likes of Sir Mo Farah, Stuart Broad, Tom Grennan, Jill Scott, Jermain Defoe and David Seaman.
