Littler, 17, beat Turetta 6-1 in the round of 32 at the Robin Park Tennis Centre, Wigan.

The Nuke finished the match in brilliant fashion as he checked out with a nine-dart finish.

Eloise was left stunned by his performance as she posted her reaction on social media.

Writing on Instagram, she said: “A nine-darter to get into the last 16 of the players champs today. Wow.”

It was his second nine-darter of the season having already produced a perfect leg over Nathan Apsinal at the Bahrain Darts Masters in January.

Littler had already beaten Jim Williams 6-1 and Luke Woodhouse 6-3 before the round of 32 clash.

The Players Championship is Littler’s first chance to earn points towards his world ranking since his run to the final of the World Championship.

The World Series and Darts Premier League does not count towards player’s rankings.

It rounded off a good couple of days for Littler as he celebrated his beloved Manchester United’s win over Aston Villa on Sunday.

Littler is often supported by Eloise as she attends his matches and watches from the crowd.

Meanwhile, Gerwyn Price was less than impressed with the conditions at the competition.

He wrote: “Absolutely pathetic conditions.

“Travel all the way to Wigan to play in a professional game and we have to play in less than amateur conditions.

“Never have I ever given a game up, well that’s me out to tomorrow as well.

“Gutted coz my game was really good today and I rely on these events so much.”

Littler will return to Premier League Darts action in Glasgow as he looks to go one better than in Berlin when he was beaten in the final by Michael van Gerwen.
