LUKE LITTLER was aggressively CONFRONTED by Ricardo Pietreczko before being labelled “arrogant” by his rival.

The teen sensation smashed the German 7-3 in their Belgian Darts Open semi-final.

But Littler, 17, was left bemused as ‘Pikachu’ angrily flew towards him at the end of their match and almost clashed heads.

Pietreczko, who is 12 years Littler’s senior at 29, appeared to give the Warrington wonderkid an earful of verbals.

Littler said on a darts Facebook group: “No idea what I did wrong, no idea what he said. He said something then don’t do it again.”

Earlier Littler won his quarter-final after admitting he only practised for 20 minutes due to watching Liverpool’s draw with Manchester City.

The teen sensation beat Jermaine Wattimenta 6-2 and the kid blitzed the quick-throwing Dutch star with a 160 finish and almost broke the tournament average record with a 110.06 total, just short of the highest 110.65.

He said: “I only had 20 minutes practice because I was watching the football!

“Everything went well and when Jermaine put me under pressure, that’s when I hit my doubles.

“If you didn’t see it, I tried to slow myself down taking a drink and tried not to get over-fast, compose myself and that’s what I’ve done.”

Littler won on his World Series debut in Bahrain and Pro Tour in Wigan.

On winning on his Euro debut, he added: “It would mean a lot. It would be my first Euro Tour and obviously get me up the rankings even more. But whatever happens, happens.”

The Warrington wonderkid also hit six perfect darts in the fourth leg, just falling short of the treble 20 on the third visit.

He also had hit nine darters on his World Series and ProTour debuts on the way to both titles.

He said: “I’ll try again later!”

Littler broke Wattimena’s throw immediately with double 10 and quickly doubled the lead with the 160 checkout.

The Dutchman pulled a leg back but Littler soon stretched clear with back-to-back 11-dart legs. He finally wrapped it up with double five.

Littler would go on to win the final against Rob Cross in sensational fashion – hitting a nine-darter on his way to an 8-7 win.

It completes a fairytale moment for the youngster, who continues his epic rise.

Netting £30,000 makes it his biggest pay day at a PDC event winner.

Already, Littler has become a household name and an advertiser’s dream.

Only last week, he became the face of a brand new cereal launched by YouTubers The Sidemen.

The breakfast – launched in Tesco – comes in Choco Crunch and Caramel Gold flavour.

An ad for the cereal shows the darts sensation tucking into a bowl whilst throwing three blind bullseyes.

That, coupled with an appearance on the Jonathan Ross Show alongside Liam Gallagher and actress Millie Bobby Brown, have shown how far he has come in a short space of time.

Last month, Littler signed the biggest deal in darts after agreeing a multi-million pound contract with Target Darts.

While fashion house boohooMAN offered him a modelling contract for a new range.

Sports marketing consultant Daniel Tunna told us that Littler ‘could be well on the way to amassing a £40 million fortune’ if he is able to stay at the top of the darts world for around 20 years.

But, he’ll have to stay healthy.

No kebabs

Much was made of Littler’s love for kebabs as he powered through to the final of the PDC World Championships in January.

However, he has revealed he has given up his favourite meal.

His local kebab shop, Hot Spot in Warrington offered him free kebabs for life, even naming one after him.

However, he has given up the late night favourite because he has to look after himself as a professional darts player.

“My manager said ‘When you finish it could be 11 or 12, it’s all fast food,'” Littler revealed.

“So I’ve got to look after myself, eat before I play. When I’ve finished, even if I stay up to whenever, I just won’t eat.

“This is my new way of living.”

But Littler has ditched his late night love of kebabs

Missus by his side

As his fame has hit dizzy heights, his love life has also been in the spotlight.

He was seen sharing a kiss with blonde beauty consultant, Avon sales rep and darts player Eloise Milburn.

Reports first suggested the pair met while playing the popular video game Fifa.

The loved-up couple do enjoy their time on the Xbox playing games online.

But Eloise revealed in January they “didn’t meet on Clubs.”

Instead, they were introduced by a mutual friend due to their love for gaming and darts.

A pal told the Mail: “Eloise loves playing darts and FIFA and so does Luke, they’ve got a lot in common.

“She’s a great girl and is a very decent darts and FIFA player herself so you could say that they make the perfect couple because Luke is also very passionate about both things.

‘She’s very proud of his achievements and is supporting him all the way.”
