And now he will be taking the big step to the Premier League.

Welling team-mate Ollie Godziemski, 17, is also moving up the ladder.

His talents have been spotted by Colchester United, who set to bring him to League Two.

The young forward has had trials at Blackburn Rovers and Stockport in recent months.

But Luton will be hoping they have potentially found the next Jamie Vardy after securing the services of Kamara.

The former England striker bounced back in non-league after being released by Sheffield Wednesday as a youngster.

His displays for Stocksbridge Park Steelers led to Fleetwood swooping for him to bring him into the National League Conference.

Vardy’s 31 league goals saw him finish the season as the top scorer as he fired his side to the title – but he was on the move after just one season.

Leicester City signed him in 2012 and he helped them to reach the Premier League before he played a key role in their historic 2016 title win.

Vardy has since added FA Cup and Community Shield medals to his collection with the Foxes.

Luton Town secured their first top-flight home win of the campaign on Saturday.

Jacob Brown’s late strike sealed them a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace at Kenilworth Road.
