MANCHESTER UNITED will let keeper Matej Kovar leave — with Hull and Red Star Belgrade in a chase.

The Tigers are keen to take the Czech, 23, who was at Sparta Prague on loan last season but may now go out permanently.

Sparta were keen to buy but the price is higher than they want to pay.

Now Hull and Red Star looking into making more serious offers.

However, the Tigers would also take the Under-21 international on loan.

Meanwhile, United are also ready to release fellow young Czech keeper Radek Vitek, 19, on loan.

Accrington Stanley are leading the race for him.

Vitek played against Wrexham in the club’s tour of America.

But will be allowed out once he is clear of a minor injury.

Stanley are keen, although they have settled their recent fall-out with No 1 Toby Savin so they may not be able to offer Vitek a guaranteed start.

The future of Old Trafford No2 Dean Henderson is also unclear.

Nottingham Forest are still thought to be monitoring the situation after his loan success in their first season back in the Premier League.

But City Ground boss Steve Cooper has been increasingly linked with Arsenal’s second-choice stopper Matt Turner.

What seems certain, however, is that Henderson is unwilling to remain at Old Trafford merely as back-up.
